Roann Bridge

Crossing Eel River and constructed with a Howe truss, this 288 foot long structure was built by the Smith Bridge Company in 1872. Although the structure has been bypassed, it is still open to local traffic.

Established in 1820 and named for the Wabash River, this county is located in Northeastern Indiana where Wabash is the County Seat.

Wabash County originally had twenty-nine (29) covered bridges. Today it has two (2) remaining.

Points of interest in the County include: Manchester Collete, Paradise Springs, Forest State Recreation Area and Mississinewa Lake.
